Where will my appointment take place?

Appointments take place in the comfort of your own home - either in person or virtually!

Do you accept insurance? HSA? FSA?

I accept insurance through The Lactation Network (TLN) and Wildflower Health.

If you have Cigna health insurance, please fill out the form found here: https://portal.wildflowerhealth.net/affiliate-care/e0bc08a

All other insurances use this link: https://go.lactationnetwork.com/GrowBabyLactation to see if your insurance plan includes lactation visits in your home. If your insurance company doesn't work with TLN or Wildflower Health we can still accept payment and give you a super bill to submit to your insurance company ,for POSSIBLE reimbursement. We accept HSA, FSA, and credit card payments.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my appointment?

  • Please fill out all virtual paperwork to the best of your ability. The more you fill out before your visit, the more time we can spend working on feeding your baby. It’s especially important that you read and check off the sections on Consent to Treat and HIPAA. You do not need to fill in the section on insurance.

  • Ideally, baby should be hungry and ready to eat. If baby can’t wait, you may feed them (breast or bottle) for a few minutes as an “appetizer.”

  • Pets should be secured away from the area where you are going to feed your baby.

  • If you are supplementing with expressed milk, donor milk, or formula, please have the supplement ready and available.

  • Please let me know if there are any special parking instructions.

Can you help me breastfeed if I also want to bottle feed?

Yes! We can help you figure out how to reach your feeding goals, no matter how you want to feed your baby.
